This class will focus on different approaches to cleansing throughout the year along with tips and suggestions to get you started.
Green Smoothies - 2:30 to 3:30 PM
This class will focus on simple smoothies that you can easily make at home as well as blender juicing- no juicer required. Green smoothies are a great way to load up on vitamins and minerals, especially when you don't have time to cook. Sample the beverages, along with some of the most popular protein powders, greens powders and super-food supplements while you're here and go home with the recipes.
