Fruit Salad with Honey-Yogurt Dressing
Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces plain yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup sliced bananas
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped kiwi
- 1/2 cup sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- Shredded coconut
- Almond slivers or slices
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and poppy seeds until combined.
- Add fruit and toss gently.
- Garnish with coconut and almond before serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon or ground ginger if desired
