Fruit Salad with Honey-Yogurt Dressing


Serves 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1/2 cup sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • Shredded coconut
  • Almond slivers or slices

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and poppy seeds until combined.
  2. Add fruit and toss gently.
  3. Garnish with coconut and almond before serving.  Sprinkle with cinnamon or ground ginger if desired
