Greek Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- ½ cup olive oil
- 4-8 tablespoons red wine vinegar (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
Instructions:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge. It should last for 2-4 weeks.
