Greek Salad Dressing


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 4-8 tablespoons red wine vinegar (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.  It should last for 2-4 weeks.
